Elevate
Chelsea Hull interpreting expressively during a live performance

Our Approach

Access is more than a service. It's about the experience.

Accessibility isn't simply about providing an interpreter. It's about creating an experience where everyone can fully participate.

Why it matters

The interpreter isn't the point. The experience is.

Elevate was built from a deep connection to the Deaf community and a belief that access should feel natural, respectful and complete.

From the first conversation with an event team to the moment the lights go up, we think about what it takes for Deaf and hard-of-hearing audiences to experience the event fully. A live performance has music, timing, production, audience energy and a feeling that belongs to that moment — and access should carry all of it.

How we work

Listen first

Every plan starts with the audience, the venue and the people who will experience the event.

Plan early

Access is designed into the experience from the start — sightlines, staging, timing and communication.

Prepare thoroughly

Materials reviewed, setlists and agendas studied, logistics confirmed before the doors open.

Care for the guest

The goal is full participation — not simply receiving an interpretation of the event.

Accessibility Consultation

Planning access for an organization or event?

Elevate offers accessibility consulting, accessibility education and support identifying barriers — so venues, event producers and organizations can build inclusive access from the start.

Let's work together

Let's make it accessible.

Planning a concert, conference, meeting or live event in San Diego or beyond? Tell us what you need and we'll put together ASL interpreting and accessibility support that fits.
